Make a safety copy of all your DVDs with bitRipper, a practical tool that allows you to dump its content in a file of the hard disk in AVI format.

Although the process can be carried out with a simple click, bitRipper also counts with an advanced mode where it's possible to configure various parameters, like the video and audio codecs that will be used, the resolution and the aspect ratio of the video or the audio track that will be added.

The code of the AVI file is made on the fly, so you don't have to copy the DVD to the hard disk first and afterwards do the conversion. Furthermore, it supports multitrack DVDs and DVDs divided in episodes.
